Find answers to the most common questions about our NOL card top-up service.
The NOL Tag ID is the unique 10-digit number printed on the back of your NOL card. You need this number to submit a top-up request through our service.
Visit our Recharge page, enter your 10-digit NOL Tag ID, choose an amount between AED 30 and AED 500, enter your email, and submit. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours.
You can choose from AED 30, 40, 50, 100, or 150 using the preset chips. You can also enter any custom amount between AED 30 and AED 500.
Requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. You will receive an email confirmation once processing is complete.
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed over a SSL SECURED connection.
A small service fee may apply to your top-up request. All applicable fees will be shown clearly before you confirm.
No charge will be made if your payment fails. Check your card details and try again. If the issue continues, contact support@topupnol.com.
