Our goal is your satisfaction. This policy explains when refunds are available for top-up requests placed via topupnol.com.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Your top-up request was not processed within 48 hours.
- A technical error caused a duplicate charge on your account.
- An incorrect amount was charged to your payment method.
Refunds are not available once a top-up has been successfully processed to your NOL card.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@topupnol.com with your order details, NOL Tag ID, and the reason for your refund request. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Service fees are non-refundable once a top-up request has been processed successfully. This applies even if the top-up is later reversed or disputed at the card level.
